So, I was wanting three sets of heavy flamers for my tactical squads, and I didn't want to buy three boxes of Sternguard Veterans to get them  Having none to replicate, I searched the interwebs, and found two designs I liked.

The first was from Forgeworld, the Legion heavy Flamer set.  it comes in a group of 5, and looks pretty nice.

The next was from Anvil Iron Industries, the Exo-Lord Hellfire Cannon.  Also nice, and came in units of 1.

Price was not an issue in the choice.  The Forgeworld ones were 5 for £12.50, and the Anvil Iron ones were 1 for £2.50

I ordered the Anvil Iron Industries one, and it arrived 10 days after shipping (shipping to US).  They look good, and I can't wait to play with them.  I did also look at Maxmini and Puppetswar, and did not find what I was looking for.

Three different kits with heavy flamers in, all on the GW site. I'm one of few people who likes the Finecast Sternguard weapons, great bitz, terrible photo.

Good find! Thanks for sharing.

I will echo this. As much as I like the Forgeworld one (which admittedly, I had forgotten all about), I really don't know what I'll do with five of them.

I used some spare Terminator H flamers to make mine.

Ah, the "classic" route. I'd probably have done the same if I wasn't one of those daft people who want every option possible for my army. (Even if I don't use it very often...)
