Also, any thouhgts about their realtionship with other not-even-trying-to-be-nice BA successors beside the Flesh Tearers?

As noted here and here, the Blood Angels HATE the Iron-hearted Angels for violating Sanguinius' ideals (in this case, fixing demolition charges to the Death Company members' armor, so they may have a "last chance for redemption" by acting as suicide bombers); as noted here and here, the Lamenters FEAR the Iron-hearted Angels because the latter attacked and destroyed several Lamenters ships during the Badab War; and the Flesh Tearers simply don't give a damn.

I think you missread my question. We know that while the BA are a trying-to-be-good-guys Chapter and the same can be said for at least some of their successors do we also know that there are at least some of the successors belong to the not-even-trying-to-be-nice category, like the Angels Vermillion, Flesh Tearers, Blood Dragons, Angels Penitent, Angels Excelsis, and Knights of Blood. And I was wondering if they had any relationship with any of them as a fellow  not-even-trying-to-be-nice category BA successor.

The Bleeding-hearted Angels HAD good relations with the Blood Angels, as demonstrated when the latter were asked to serve as custodians for the Chapter planet, when the former went on a "penance crusade" to hunt down and kill traitors from their own ranks; they likely shunned the Flesh Tearers and other Successor Chapters who failed to uphold Sanguinius' ideals. The Chapter Master and Captains who fostered good relations with the progenitor Chapter, all died during the penance crusade; those relations died with them.

The Iron-hearted Angels shun all but those they trust to be ruthless enough to do whatever is necessary, e.g., the Sons of Medusa and other Iron Hands successors, radical Tech-priests interested in reverse-engineering Necron technology, and Puritan Inquisitors. The Iron-hearted Angels don't give a damn about other Blood Angels and their successors, unless the latter must be punished, as the Lamenters learned during the Badab War; most Blood Angels successors don't give a damn about the Iron-hearted Angels, and the Blood Angels themselves are tutting like a stereotypical grandmother whose grandson did something to embarrass his family.

Just wondering, how effective is this really if the Death Company is sent out in group? Would not a "suicide west" that's activated when they die be just as bad for the Death Company as for anybody they are facing (if not more so since the bombs should after all go of when they die and if one of them die while they are still moving toward the enemy or in the backrows would not the bomb go off with them being not near the enemy but surrounded by their brothers)?

Also, have to ask, do you have any thought of them symbolically replacing their hearts (or at least one of them) with a mechanical one as a way of truly becoming “iron hearted”.

I thought about the same problem, and added, "standard procedure is to transmit the arming signal after a Death Company squad disembarks from its vehicle," when I posted the IA as a Codex: Blood Angels supplement in my DeviantArt gallery. The procedure is effective in erasing the Chapter's shame of having its members succumb to the Black Rage (which the Chaplains suspect are signs the afflicted succumbed to Khorne's influence); the Chapter's officers aren't as concerned about its effectiveness in killing the enemy, which they see as the unaffected Marines' duty.

No, but the Iron-hearted Angels already adopted the Iron Hands ritual of replacing a hand with an augmetic; the Marines will inevitably replace their hearts and other flesh-and-blood organs with machines as they advance in rank.

After Minigiant proposed an IA Chapter which took inspiration from bullfighting, I got the following idea:

The Iron-hearted Angels' Sanguinary Guard members are known as "Red Winged Angels" for the red-painted left wing on their jump packs, representing the red cape worn when Argentum martial artists engage in the sport of bullfighting- itself representing one of Sanguinius' wings.

The variation of bullfighting popular on Argentum- known as devil fighting or "diablomaquia" in the local dialect- was initially performed to commemorate the Emperor's triumph over the Arch-traitor Horus, before local authorities secularized the religious ritual to commemorate their own triumphs. The bull wears a mask resembling the human skull, to represent the Arch-traitor. The bullfighter or "matador" wears a red cape over his left shoulder, to represent the Loyalist Primarch Sanguinius, his white wings stained red as he gave his life for his father the Emperor. Tradition and local laws require mounted gunmen- known as prickers or "picadores"- to accompany the matador in every fight, so in the event the bull kills the matador- an ever-present danger in the sport- the picadores will execute the bull, so the audience will know no "traitor" will ever escape the Emperor's justice.

Diablomaquia holds such significance to those recruited from Argentum, the Iron-hearted Angels' Sanguinary Guard make bullfighting a rite-of-entry into its ranks.
