New chapter I want to create

So I want to create a new chapter. All I have right now is this: Their colour scheme is that of the knights of caliban but then with purple instead of green, they are a successor chapter of the soul drinkers, and they were founded during the cursed founding. Im starting from stratch so if anyone wants to help me through this process im gratefull.
