So it should be assambled and/or primed. But what about a dread with painted legs and a primed torso? Would that be OK? And are some dark mechanicus, so Tzeentch worshipping cyrabor, that count as cultists in my army allowed? Of course for the normal cultist points. A high completion rate keeps the momentum going for all of us, and as I said earlier, a single character is just as welcome as 17 superheavies and a full warband. For Chaos and The Warmaster!
