The B&C rules will be enforced fully during the ETL. You want to say something? Use words. Overuse of gifs, videos, memes and such will be facing the business end of the melta... If people keep doing it then they themselves (not just the images) will face the business end of the melta. ETL veterans will know that I kid not. The ETL has so far an exemplary reputation in terms of the frater behavior and that's the main reason it keeps coming back every year. Let's keep it that way.
