Luca Pacioli
Hi everyone! I wasn't sure where to post this so thought here might be a good start (the BA forum guys being the best and all) but if it needs to be moved please let me know! I've just got a quick few questions regarding manifestations from the warp... What would emergence/destruction/dissipation from/to the Warp look like in your opinion? How would you paint them? This includes techniques and colours... Does anyone know of any good examples of miniatures? My google-fu isn't particularly strong sadly and I can't find much... Thanks everyone! Jolemai
There's no wrong answer for this really, but if I were to do it, I would use purple. Many hues of purple, possibly white underneath and blended up to purple is a fire-type effect. Luca Pacioli
Cheers; yeah I'm thinking of a vicious turquoise and lots of purple/white. I was also thinking of changing the predominant colours of the warp based on the patron of the demon... Slaanesh = purple Tzeentch = electric blue/green Nurgle = green and brown Khorne = red As these are to go with a model that is predominantly red already I might go for the demons to be from Slaanesh and Tzeentch... Just to change the colour palette on the mini...
