Gentlemen, my apologies on maybe not being clear enough I wouldn't ever advocate for scrapping the artificer award in its existing format, as many of you have pointed out Capt. Semper has more than earned the right to be selecting those he deems to be the best/most noteworthy works and he's got a damned good eye to boot.  I just thought that, maybe alongside it, we could have the best from each forum feature in the final report given to emphasise the board encompassing nature of the competition.


Anyway, enough of that now, pictures you say? My meagre vow:

Here's what I completed this ETL, thank you Captain Semper for organizing this and giving me the motivation to finally have a fully painted army

OK everybody, the Dark alliances I have forged with forces better left unspoken (i.e. Forte) have delivered their part of the bargain. Here I present you with the medallion-style badges for this year's ETL:

You'll notice the Seals of Completion (the small red dots at the top of the badge) that stand for the number of completed vows. The last one is the dreaded Oathbreaker badge.

But that is not all. The bargain I struck with the infernal forces included that I have to suffer the ignominy of having the same medallions with the Chaos "finish". So for the Chaos Faction a specially modified version:

So only the Badge of the Artificer is now pending...

Not wanting to add to anyone's workload, but wasn't there talk of a modular badge/banner this year?

 

 

Yeah, we're working on that... There are some issues we need to address first.
