Sorry it's been so long between updates...Been hella busy trying to get stuff ready for the campaign we have starting in July, find time to work on my vow, and "real life" stuff....

Anyhow, got the Dark Cardinal (Sorc) painted ....

Now to get cracking on the nurglings that are carrying this rusted and decaying former Tzeentch disk that is being used as a palanquin. I've got them started, just have to plow through the lil nasties....

Then it'll be on to the rest of the cultists .....ughh....

But they will get done!!!

OT - Decided to get my basing out of the way before I take the pics so they will be up late tonight (Tuesday), this is of course providing I don't get distracted by XCOM: Enemy within which I just got really cheap on PSN :lol:

 

Should have some P3 paints turning up in a couple of days as well as possibly an airbrush set up so they should be fun to play with and this keeps me on track for having nearly everything finished by the 21st which is when I go in for some heavy duty dental surgery, but I'm hoping to be recovered enough by the final week to finish up any last bits before the final deadline.

i know semper is busy he hosent update as often now, im really curious how we are progressing compare to the HH team, on my painting desk i have Ahriman atm pretty much have way though my 3k vow now have the big models the singel models and termis left to do and a few bloodletters.

 

But getting there, i wonder how much i can squeeze into my 5th vow

We're doing better than I thought. Be patient with Semper's updates as he is really busy and under a lot of pressure.

 

With a push we could take second place. Though if enough of the history lot fair their final vows (which then wipes past completed vows) then anything is possible. Just need to focus on our completions.

I Vesper rise to the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete 5 Chaos Space Marines Bikers (with mark of Nurgle, a meltagun, a flamer and a power fist on the champion) along with a Chaos Lord (Bike, Mark of Nurgle, Power Weapon, Combi-plasma and sigil of corruption) for a total of 330 points on or before August 1st, 2015. Success will bring eternal glory to the Black Legion and failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.

`Colourful` here on our right has the same body (and thus rubble she's jumping off) as Blondie, but I cut the High Elf Eldar helmet away and left the piece of stone very thin. I like how it looks.

With them being so dark but the bases light, photographing them was hell I may borrow the missus' digital camera and have another go sometime.

Still need to tidy the base trims on these but they are done otherwise, anyway......

Success will bring eternal glory to The Void and Chaos in general, failure will doom me to bear the Badge of the Oathbreaker until the year-end.

I unfortunately am less productive. A nasty cough and inflamation has kept me down a week, and now that I'm semi-healthy again he GF is pushing me to drive to France to sit and do nothing. Vacation is for the weak! ;) And when it rains, it pours, because my PC had some hardware problems. Typing this on my stupid iPad right now... So I cannot show you the single Gal Vorbak Spawn I manage to finish this weekend. My soul vow will thus perhaps not be attained, but I'll be damned if I don't finish at least a third vow. :tu:
