The IIIrd legion doesn't use such easy routes as implants to directly control the battle automata. Instead the praevian uses a trio of vox relay servo skulls. And I thank the Iron Hands for catching all the earliest bullets at Istvann, shame they couldn't have help out more later.... spu - patience and layering mate. I just freehand the shape in a dark red, and gradually work my way up to a pale yellow, using thinish paint and mixing tones as I go. I can be more specific if you'd like! Im going to try to get him atleast basecoated, and see if i can finish him up at the hotel, although ill have no way to post pics from there. Lets see if I can jerryrig outta this one.
