IronKobra
Hi all I have been working on a Khârn the Bloody model from Forgeworld and he is pretty much done but now I am looking on tips/ideas on weathering his white armour. While is a colour I have very little experience with. Anyone got any advise? Thanks! FuriousFerret
Have you considered highlighting with silver/metal to show wear and tear? Stray lines across surfaces would then simulate battle damage where the white lacquer has worn off, exposing the metal base color (if you accept metal as the proper color of unpainted ceramite, there's a thread on that somewhere on B&C.) Check out Migsula's Crescent Guard for an excellent example http://paintwaterdiaries.com/kitbash-corner-interview-migsula/ Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/307005-battle-damage-white-armour/#findComment-4028831 Share on other sites
