Recommended Posts

Just a quick one for feedback, I've started an new order to accompany the Megiddo crusade

thought it would provide inspiration here whilst I finish them off and add fluff.

I've based them on some of the more savage and feudal John Blanche concepts rather than the clean cut metal models.

Let me know what you think

funnily enough, they're female heads with the hair shaved away, but i kind of agree. when rolling these out, i think i'll have to try make up. I think I'm also going to remove some of the knee armour / blades. Finally, I like the white boots, so I may try the whole armour in white

Don't forget you can always just go and find some more adequate heads to use. I suppose it removes the "GW only" tag, but trying to get the right heads from their range is going to be tricky otherwise...

That's an interesting take. Definitely closer to the old art work style u remember from back in the day.

Anybody remember the sigmarites from mordheim? A few of those could convert up as something cool in a sisters army. Priests maybe?

I loved the sisters of sigmas models (although they have flailing limb syndrome) but they're so expensive nowadays. I'd also love to chop up some Escher but again they're devastatingly expensive.

I'm going to make up some more of these Troma nuns this weekend. They need a reliquary
