I did it partly because it shows the scale of the Imperium's common administrative screw ups, partly to amuse Katie, and partly because people message me a lot and ask if any of the Shadow Wolves could've survived so they can make armies of them. Of all characters on the battlefield I have had the most fun with him. He has pissed my opponents off like no other. I am sure that no one would mind a a grim dark black comedy.
