Personally I find the warden and errant the better two options generally

But that comes from a guard perspective as I have other options for S8/Ap3 lg blast

 

I think that's still the case with GKs though

Wardens are excellent MEQ killers and anti air thanks to high volume of shots and high strength

Also the errant provides S9 AP1 lg blast melta

 

Both of which GKs can benefit from

I've been running either an errant (melta and fist) or a crusader (melta and gatling) in a few games now and the melta is great for gk, but of the two I tend to go for the crusader most of the time msn-wink.gif

It's really nice to have something that distracts opponents from my gk units and hurts heavy vehicles in the list (the throwing model rules from the fist can be quite amusing at times though devil.gif ) should be doing a larger points game some time in the near future where I can run both at the same time laugh.png
