Just painted up my Vindicators today.  I've just got bit more detail to do & add Forge World weather powder that will get done during the weekend.  Just though I post a progress update.

Then it just the Nurgle Lord in Terminator armour that will be sorted for next week

 

Spent today painting the second Vindcator for my Iron Warriors force & just added transfer half a hour ago.

I haven't left you, I swear. And much like the Iron Warriors on my to-do list, I plan to keep on hammering away on my vow until I beat it or until it beats me (preferably the former).

Haven't touched anything Khorne yet....weather's been too fickle to prime the Khorne havocs, and I haven't really been thinking of much besides completing my Thousand Sons and then quickly hammering out the IW squad.

@ temblant: you mention two more units completed but I didn't have any other units completed in your entry. Let me know if I have missed any completion and I will rectify the situation.

 

@ Biohazard: Do you have a before pic for the Bloodcrushers? Not the end of the world if you don't but my OCD kicks in... :D Also I'm not sure what you mean "two of my eight vows complete"... I think you already have completed two units of Blood Letters and a unit of Bloodcrushers - so that'll be three units out of the total eight... Am I missing something?

 

@ Insane Psychopath: I assume that the Vindi is complete? I was not entirely sure by the wording - I have marked as complete but let me know if I got this wrong...

 

@ Killersquid: Well that was a pleasant surprise! I can see that you alter the initial vow somewhat but the end result is certainly rewarding! I don't think spawndom is for you (at least not yet :devil: ) but I'd appreciate if you could provide some before pics...

No sloth I could accept, it's when you go to the room to paint what needs to done and instead you start looking through bits boxes and putting things together for "future" projects. Then you look through some WD's for inspiration or tips but instead you read the articles and finally you put some transfers and static grass on models that were supposedly "finished" already.

Excellent - I'm now down to those nine sentinels with a week to go, having now finished all the Berzekers and those remaining few Noise Marines. Lovely! Nice to be on the home stretch - and I'll get photos over the next few days. Really pleased!

Now remember, the Call of Chaos is completed on December 15th and the official results will come out on December 16th so that all time zones get the 15th to work. Still this is 6 day to go so let's make the final effort and dazzle the Gods!
