So, today I preordered Skarbrand to use as my BloodThirster. I won't be touching it or even opening him until I've painted my whole vow though.

 

I finally started painting though. Not a lot to show but I primed/base coated and started blocking out the black sections on my Bloodletters

Bought the third (3/3) & finial Wyvren model.  The Mechanicus are going to be converted into crew memeber for all three Wyvren as spotter/given order to the Guard Guard who deal with the Wyvren wargear.

HI everyone, I know its been a while but School and family life both got really crazy really fast. Untill its resolved, I dont think I could deal with the added stress of something like a big vow, so, if I do end up contributing anything to this call it will probably be small and in at least a few weeks, sorry.

My progress so far ... Chaos Daemon Prince is complete. I was planning to paint it in blue/gray-blue paint scheme but he prefer to look like a ripe plume

I also like to show my out of competion vow - chaos lord in TDA in Flawless Host colours. He was almost complete prior to start of Call to Chaos competition.

He already saw two combats and achievements were dubious to say at least:

- rolls "lol what?" result on Chaos Boon Table and died to K'tan from Mephrit Dynasty at first turn in game against Necrons;

- was chopped to pieces with D attack by Imperial Knight in his second game against Space Marines.

FINALLY!!!! After 6 hours looking for one shoulder pad (I have been looking since 4am) I have got everything built/converted (just need to finish blinging up the Rhino and Dread).

 

Even got everything based so Chaeron doesnt shout at me. 

 

 

When I vowed it didnt seem like much, get it all on the table and I'm like ':cuss thats a lot'

Ok, I've got good progress on my spawn... in fact, bar one, they're done. I'm going to be taking a week's break from all things, but upon my return I will finish my Thousand Sons, proceed onto the bloodthirsters and then my HQ Models.

 

And, I put down an additional oath.

 

If I finish my models by November 1st or earlier, then I am obliged to pledge one more character. Not for points, but for the Glory of Chaos and the Word Bearer Legion. A Dark Apostle crafted from Possessed and Ashen Circle, as well as a Terminator Mace and a Chaotic Icon.
