You know we talked about the Lamenters putting in an appearance......I present to you Calix Janex, late of the Third Company and custodian of Devlan's Legacy recovered from the dead of the third.

I've got a small honour guard planned for him along with an armoured mobile progenoid repository. If you like they can make an appearance in your campaign (so long as at least one of them walks away from it).

Very characterful conversion, like that you brought in the falx instead of normal scythes! (I still think scythes are not very practical as combat weapons... )

Nice work Lamenter :D  I love that mark of Terminator armor.

 

Thanks LordVelpe, quite right, to make a Scythe useful, you need to run the blade inline with the haft. Like a halberd. I've seen a weaponmaster weild one, scary, but it went pear shaped the moment he sparred with an experienced fighter. (Same reenactment research group)

 

Thankfully Laurie Goulding agrees with combat falces in a more tactical sense.
