Frostmourne Posted November 15, 2015 Share Posted November 15, 2015 Hi guys, after another long break im back and still rocking my UM. I have 2 groups of the Invictarii on the way. I have a couple units of Tacticals, the new Box set for Calth, a Contemptor Mortis with Kheres and some other random bits. My intent is to make a Praetor with one Invictarii with a LR (Not a Spartan just yet, cant afford it for a while)Then the Tacticals as troups, just barebones in Rhinos. Then 2 units of the Fulmentarii Termies, 5 man Squads. Wack in some Armour like a Sicaran and a pred, and see where we are. Any thoughts, tips, hints. Im so out of the loop for 30k i dont even know anymore. If it helps, my opponent is just picking up Word Bearers and wants fluffy Calth related armies. For 2k Your Plan is good BUT I might prefer fusing the Fulmentarus into a single Squad since they get better bonuses when in higher numbers. I don't know whether to wack the Praetor in a LR with the Suzerains or give him a jump pack and wack him with some Locutarus. Which are also amazing I think. Slips Posted December 5, 2015 Share Posted December 5, 2015 A preator with void shield harness will markedly up their survival, no doubt, but it doesnt affect the role the Locutarud are made for: Anti-Meq.
