I will be running the Badab War Narrative events this year at Adepticon. I figured why not put up a diary of sorts as I start building various pieces of terrain, start working more on my Executioners, and perhaps a titan. I hope this space will also let the people attending the event see what will be coming up this year. just 136 days to go.

I'll be posting on both, my blog may wander into other realms here and there. This will be fully focused on the event prep.

I'm currently building terrain for a GT I'm staff for in the twin cities, The Renegade Open. Some of the current pieces I’ve been working on are also going to find there way to Chicago in March. I wanted to get more done then I have to free up time for the additional projects I need to finish for the narrative, but it was not to be. So I will be busy leading up to Adepticon.

 

Here we have some of my patented packing foam ruins.  I love these buildings. They are big, block line of sight, and give the emotional weight of a crumbling wreck of monolithic architecture.

These two just have to get dry brushed and will be good to go.

there are a ton of companies that make superb terrain for war games. But, absolutely nothing beats a table full of well made, scratch-built terrain. I will watching this with some interest.

Finally back this thread after a few too many months, with 35 days to go till the greatest place on earth, Adepticon.

 

Full time work and school are murder, simple murder. Not that I haven’t been working on the Badab War events for Adepticon. Just too lazy to post up here.

So first lets see some action shoots of the ruined buildings that will be seeing use for the streets of Sagan, and the ruins of Badab out side the Palace of Thorns.

Some of these were taken at the Renegade Open Grand Tournament, or just nightly open play at the Fantasy Flight Games Event Center where I have been storing them.
