Aggressive Zone Mortalis (Attacker) 1500 Imp. Fists

So after playing a few games of zone mortalis with mostly success using this list.  Opponents are starting to cycle in  some counters.

The group is varied , weve got some Ultramarines some Death Guard , A guy is using Blood Angels with Furious Charge and we let him port over Death Company ,  have yet to play the Iron Hands guy anyway the list has been working pretty well except for certain situations where people bring things like plasma support squads and the ultramarine suzerians were a nightmare when not treated with the proper respect.

The Plasma Deredo is not here yet to be put togther but that should fix a little bit of an issue of ranged firepower ,  not sure if  two Kheres Contemptor's would be better than A kheres and Dual CCW , the Dual CCW has been performing very well.

With the Varied loadouts on your Termies (Reaper and Flamers, Chain Fist and Lightning Claws) might be better off splitting them up into their Perceived Specializations?

Such as Reaper Squad with Chain and Power Fists.

Heavy Flamer squad with LCs and a Chain Fist as back up.?

Otherwise looks solid enough if you can make use of the space to not get shot up.

Going to try splitting the terminator squad the way you  said , the threat units can only really go after one squad at a time right ?

also trying to figure out what im going to do on the opposite end of the spectrum ,  dont have the models for this yet , but I was thinking maybe making use of Stone Gauntlet for defense what do you think ?

Try and see if your buddies are ok with you running Phalanx Warders as compulsories for Stone Gauntlet.

My main opponent let me use a slight loophole with the Attacker FoC not requiring Troops to make a Warder Based ZM list tongue.png 'Cuz while Graviton Guns are good, them being heavy isn't the best in ZM. You're probably better off with Flamers for free Shred.

But, Phalanx Warders truly shine in ZM since they can, through being able to perform a reaction fire test at I5, Overwatch at full ballistic skill. Give the squad Plasma Guns or something and they can pack a Nasty unexpected punch.

For ZM, they really outshine normal breachers when it counts especially since they can tackle a lot more targets with their access to Ap2 weapons through Axes, up to 3 thunderhammers with 10 men, Plasma Guns and Melta Guns while also having Combi-Weapon options and the Flamer too. They only loose out on graviton but make up for it with more CC punch, potentially.

Though I'd be very careful with Upgrades since they get pricey quick! An added bonus is that Apothecaries can join them for FNP!

Couple that with Polux being able to swing his S10 Power Fists at initiative, he can potentially strike back at I6 if they get charged and chump out a possibly nasty non-EW Character before they swing, hell, maybe even cause a Dreadnought to blow up. And with Re-rolling to hit in Challenges + Master Crafted, his low number of attacks aren't that much of a liability.

Another point to check with your friends is if you can use Polux' WL Trait Deepstrike despite Stone Gauntlet not permitting deepstrike in General.

Otherwise, the list is good, the only change would be to Graviton guns since you want to be mobile in ZM and having a Heavy 1 Weapon on a non-relentless unit means you wont make the most out of them.
