Lunar Centurion Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 With Christmas just around the corner, I'm trying to decide what to get, and I decided to make a 3k list and buy the stuff for that. Please help me improve the list, it's supposed to be a BA mechanized force, along with Garro (B/c I like the model), and a pair of knights. HQ: Praetor 145pts -Jump Pack -Paragon Blade HQ: Nathaniel Garro 175pts Troops: Tactical Squad 260pts -Power Fist -Art. Armor -Nuncio-Vox -Vexilla -10 CCWs -Rhino Troops: Tactical Squad 260pts -Power Fist -Art. Armor -Nuncio-Vox -Vexilla -10 CCWs -Rhino Troops: Assault Squad 280pts -2x Power Sword -Art. Armor Heavy Support: Predator 120pts -Armored Ceramite -Heavy Bolter Sponsons Heavy Support: Predator 120pts -Armored Ceramite -Heavy Bolter Sponsons Heavy Support: Sicarian Venator 250pts -Lascannon Sponsons -Armored Ceramite Elites: Terminator Squad 530pts -5 Power Fists -Land Raider w/ Armored Ceramite Allied Detachment (Questoris Knights) HQ: Knight Errant -Seneschal Troops: Knight Paladin -Scion Martial I still have 65pts left over, and still need an AA choice. Caillum Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 Alright, straight up you should the Photonic Blade relic that the Blood Angels have (from Conquest). It's better than a Paragon blade, but it'll cost you an extra 25 points. Give him all the gear too, like an Iron Halo, Digital Lasers and melta bombs. You have a massive amount of gear on your Tactical Squads - cull everything except the Rhino, Vexilla & AA and add melta bombs. The Assault Squad Sergeant needs a power weapon too. Things like Armoured Ceramite on a light tank like the Predator is probably a waste of points. Similarly, the Venator's neutron laser is Ordnance, so drop the lascannon sponsons (as they'll Snap Fire). Should be able to squadron the Preds and get a Deredeo if you make these changes! :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
