Excessus
Hello fellow humanoids! I have a question regarding the Thousand Sons specific relic from book 4. It is a ranged weapon with a Strength stat of 10, with the added rule: The Relic's strength value is compared to the target's leadership instead of Toughness. The weapon has no effect on vehicles or any model without a leadership characteristic. So when firing on a unit, I assume that the weapon uses the majority leadership of the unit for comparison, just as it would if it was using toughness. I believe this is how it's done with armour values for 40k-grav weapons? Also, how is Instant Death calculated? I assume that ID also uses the Ld of the target unit to calculate with. Are my assumptions correct? [Edit]: I can't spell properly...or press the correct keys on my keyboard apparantely. Slips
Id say: Majority LD, yes. For ID, toughness since thats whats always been used to calculate it.
