mexiterp
Howdy! I just started in the hobby ~6 months ago and this is my first Knight. Presenting: Decatur, The Thundering Stag, Knight Crusader of House Hawkshroud and oath sworn ally to the Sons of Dorn. Behold his mighty countenance and tremble. Haha, j/k Maybe not as impressive as some others I've seen on here, particularly some of the air brushed stuff, but I'm super happy & proud of what I was able to do. I was really intimidated by the model & put it off for several months, but once I got started I became obsessed. This is by far the most fun I've had assembling and painting, so far. http://i.imgur.com/PqBagWL.jpg http://i.imgur.com/iGBVEb8.jpg http://i.imgur.com/UIPiTgf.jpg http://i.imgur.com/V6CkW8X.jpg http://i.imgur.com/2ORniIK.jpg http://i.imgur.com/fGtW8Ql.jpg
Dark Bjoern
For being 6 month in the hobby it´s an exellent job. The yellow might be a bit to bright, but that´s only my opinion. The only thing i really would rework is the emblem on the upper armour. Make the laurel green and the skull bone color. Gold in gold is a poor choise. In green and bone it would look better. Ironwithout
That's lovely! Really nice yellow although a bit bright for my personal tastes. Yellow is a hard colour to pull off and the attention to detail is great. Really really nicely done!
