We ammended the rules for this event.

 

Players can bring 2,500 points lists instead of 5,000 points. This will allow players with smaller collections to participate if they wish ;)

 

Players fielding 5,000 points can an a self allied detachment wich will count as part of the single AOD chart. This second detatchment has 1 hq and 2 troops compulsory and unlocks 1 additional fast attack, elite and heavy support slot.

This event sounds like a blast! Sucks I only have something like 2000 points of fists (I think, may be more) and havent played a game in about seven bazillion years.

@Bladewolf I hear this time of the year intra US flights are cheap. Depending on how close to an airport you are, perhaps onw of our statebound players could pick you up at platsburg or NY and back for your return flight.

As the event draws near (a little over a month out) I would like to find out who is in for sure and who is still debating the issue, as we have to start setting up logistics for the event. If you have questions or are curious, send me a PM.

 

Again to participate, all you need is either 2,500 without LoW (Primarch included in 2,500 points though) or a 5,000 point force pre-LoW.

 

We can provide lifts to and back from Ottawa and Montreal. The same might be available for the state side brothers. If you don't ask, you'll never know ;)

Completely forgot to post up here about this, im majorly sorry I cant make it (at least this go around) chaps. My family is actually arranging a trip during the week/weekend of the event to see my grandfather in Greece one last time because it looks like he may pass on. I really hope you guys throw this event again or at least something similar sometime soon. I would love to meet you all face to face. It seems Ive failed the VII for the first time .
