Dont get to play much but wanted to see what People thought. Lord Asvaldir Posted January 22, 2016 Share Posted January 22, 2016 To be honest with you, I don't think this list has any decent chance of going up against any 3k list I've seen, simply because you are completely lacking in vehicles or any weapons to deal with vehicles. You wills struggle to deal with armor twelve vehicles, let alone heavier tanks like land raiders and spartans which you cannot touch at all. I can understand not wanting to take vehicles, or just tanks, especially as a raven guard player as that legion is known for using less vehicles than most, however you cannot ignore armor all together by not taking any weapons capable of hurting vehicles. You at least need something like melta bomb veterans or bikers, land speeders with grav, javelin land speeders, dreadnoughts or graviton cannon rapiers that can all deal with enemy armor. Without any anti armor units you simply don't stand a chance of winning games, even though one hundred plus marines on a table will be an epic sight. I'd just drop some units, say an assault unit and the recon marines in order to take some anti armor. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also going off of the portion of the legion that was disowned by Corax I would suggest dropping both tac squads to do it (look for a in your face build).
