Phase Walker Relic

Had a debate on that relic. Right or wrong?

 

1. Starting in a ruin counts as a building and so no use of phase walker, even when on top of the building and free LOS to the desired ending position.

2. After movement the model counts as beeing deep striked and can run, shoot, psyke as normal, be effected by interceptor. The rules say "counts as.. but can run, shoot, ETC. as normal". Does the etc. include charging as well?!

Counts as deep striking. You run shoot as normal for having Deep Struck.

So no charge directly after using the relic.

I dont think a ruin is counted as a building from what i remember

Buildings are building, ruins are ruins. Their rules are quite different.

You can do all the things you could normally do after deep striking, check the deep strike rules for a full list :)
