Snipe shoot at a primarch

Hej.

 

Im sure I read in one of the Horus Heresy books or a errata, that if you hit a primarch with a sniper special rule. "Its shooting attacks always wound on a to wound roll of 4+, regardless of the victim's thoughness." Dont apply and only wound on a 6.

But i can't find where I read it or if its only in my head I thought I saw it. 

 

If someone can help with it, i will be grateful for the help.

That is if it's a Gargantuan Creature, not a Primarch. I'm not aware of such a rule, although I could be incorrect, and it's not in the latest version of the Primarch ruleset from what I can remember, sorry.

No, that sniper specification only applies to GMCs. Primarchs just have the "Primarch" Rule and Statline but are otherwise Infantry (characters) albeit very tough ones.

I was sure, but i had  also been looking thoug all the books, befor posting and didnt finde it ether. Was just hoping i hade miss it.

Close. ANY attack that wounds on a flat roll requires a 6 for Ol' Morty. So the OP's assertion is actually true in Mortarion's case. He's the only one, though.
