I'm going to be away soon until the 24th of July (not by my choice), so painting will slow a little, but I figure I may as well put up my third vow now.  Also, I don't have my books to hand, and Battlescribe is helpfully non-functional, so I'm having to calculate points from memory.  Please do tell me if I've gotten something wrong!

I, Big Bad Squig, rise once again to meet the challenge of E TENEBRAE LUX and vow to complete:

-Three man militia ogryn squad, 2x boarding shield, 1x power axe, carapace armour (185?)

-Legion Praetor (Night Lord), power weapon, trophies of judgement (120?)

-Castrmen Orth (80)

-Legion Techmarine, 4x servo-automata, 2x flamer (103?)

 

For a total value of 488 (???) points.

Made some inroads on repairing some of the miscasting issues, and got one of the new sets of tracks on.

Good to see progress guys but to be fair, your completion rate starts to slip... Currently it's spot on the average of the ETL. And Chaos is more aggressive on this front which means that despite leading by 4.6k pts in terms of completions you're leading with less than 500pts adjusted for completion rate. Obviously this is just an indication - by the end the completion rates will soar and further non-completion penalties will apply but I need to stress the importance of a high completion rate.

I'm making steady progress on my front; I threw together a test mini using my old brushes (please excuse the poor highlighting and eyes; it is test >_>) and have assembled around half of my vow so far. I'll finish the assembly for the rest of them tonight, basecoat them and then move on to painting them proper on Sunday.
