I had hoped to have my Macharius ready for painting by now, but life keeps getting in my way. I'll have to cut back on some of the extras I was planning, as I could probably add them in at a later time and make sure I get it finished.

I'm slowly progressing through my first vow. Personal life is not being helpful and also stuck on executing some concepts. The combination is just killing my motivation when I have had time to paint. I've recruited my daughter to pester me when I could be working on stuff but am not. She enjoys the commissar role a little too much perhaps....

Yes guys come on keep it coming! you all vowed to help your Brothers out. After some spectacular completions it would be a shame to allow your Brothers to fall.

 

I know what your thinking that it's just an event, but E TENEBRAE LUX is more than that, you vowed to help your fellow fraters and joined our Brotherhood. If you were to fail now not only are you breaking your vow but your letting that Brotherhood down.

Well, doctor's given me the green light, so as promised, here goes for vow #3-

I, Ninjaman, in the name of the IVth Legion and the Emperor, rise to the challenge of E Tenebrae Lux for a third time, and vow to complete:

1 Praetor Tribune (180pts.)

1 Master of Signal, with Volkite Charger, Charnabal Sabre, and Artificer Armor (135pts.)

1 Legion Quad Mortar (60pts.)

1 Contemptor Dreadnought with TL lascannons and heavy flamer (210pts.)

before August 15th, 2016, for a grand total of 585 points. Success will bring me glory in the eyes of the Emperor, while failure shall doom me to wear the badge of the Oathbreaker until year's end.

It's a small pledge (especially after that brute of a Titan), but every point counts! Hope to have them done before the end of the month. cool.png

After a month of other things (RL™), I've kick started my vow again.

 

Full Base coats are down on my tactical Choom support squad and my Autocannon unit. My missile launcher unit has silver bases in preparation for blue and green glazes.

 

My Glaive is worrying me, it really needs to built this weekend too to hit the timeline.
