How often do you accidentally duplicate? It'd drive me mad not tracking it all in a permanent fashion like a spreadsheet or something.

I would not say accident I have like 3 squads of Doom Eagles and 4 squads Scythes of the Emperor and a half Companies of a  few and whole companies of others . I think it is on how loonie I get after reading about some Chapters. At one time I had 3 companies of Death Spectres . Now I am down to one.

No Iron Champions are known to paint a Skull visage on their helms for terror .

Those heads looks good. I've tried a few times to attach a skull to a SM helm in the past, especially when I had a 'religious fanatic' space marine army long, long ago. The head on the White Panther also looks great. I like the shape of its vox grill.

He hit Rob G on the Head Poor gluing and fit on my part. Here is another Sgt with an oversized weapon. Halo Dragon in fact.
