My First attempt at Fists

Getting a 1st Company Task Force and Stormbringer Squadron ready for my play-style of Imperial Fists. Lotta weathering and crew to do (and the lighting sources are different so tone's a bit mixed)

Is it the lighting or are they more of a burnt orange?

 

Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes speeders!

Yeah yellow painted over base orange...but the lighting is weird on these paints...sometimes they appear really orange, sometimes not, depending on the angle and :cussty phone camera. Most of these are the SAME termies untouched... Found a use for real old termies too

Those pictures look MUCH better! I wonder if some sort of "light box" would help your camera? I've seen a bunch of people put white printer paper underneath and behind the models to help get better pictures. Might be worth a shot.

 

Any is looking good! Just don't fight other Marines and you should be ok :P

Took em to war vs the Dark Angels in a test game for tourney...just went with a scout army...tied due to not having termies distract so half my squadrons were jinking...

I see 1 less Tempest in every pic ... I guess they got the attention they deserve :P
