Nice use of the hellbrute face, I second seeing some more less fuzzy photos.

that yellow apears to be very rich, like a sunflower yellow. Did you use an umber/brownish wash to shade?

I'd say it looks good and could really shine when contrasted with a 'cold' color on the trim. I suggest to aim for somthing that is not gold or pure black, but more like the tarnishing of silver:  a steal base, strongly shaded/washed with black and probably some blue tones in it and then highlighted in light silver.

Thank you for the advice sir, as fro the yellow I base coated it with Tau light ocher, and  I kept adding pure yellow, until I hit the edges, and then I highlighted it with pure yellow mixed with ushabti bone. I did an 1.1 mix of agrax earthsahde, and seraphim sepia, and washed   with pure  agrax earthshade in the places that i thought would be the most darkest.

started basing everything in an 10 hour painting/conversion binge, I've started converting some of my inquisitorial acolytes, so I'll probably put that on this blog.
