Third party miniatures [Vanguard Miniatures] Mar 10: Zeus Grand Cruiser + Cybershadow ships

Thought to share these here. Vanguard Miniatures are primarily oriented at producing 6mm models, but also have some space ship stuff. Their Tusculum Nova range makes up for fine Imperial Guard and Marine proxies whilst those who want proxies for their Titans and mechanicum would probably go for their Cybershadows.

Game buddy of mine had some vanguard stuff on the table yesterday. They do good work.

If it wasnt for the nebulous future created by AT id be jumping in with both feet on these.

Well, keep in mind that AT at the moment is primarily Titans. I'd imagine that the tanks and infantry would still sort of work next to it. Also keep in mind that the Novan Elites (the marine proxies) are somewhere between 7-8mm tall.

 

In the meantime, some stuff for the Imperial Guard perhaps?

OOooh, I hadn't noticed most of their vehicles are sold as squadrons. That's really very good pricing then. If they'd got some extra xenos races I'm pretty sure my friends would be all over this with AT rules coming out :) (they wouldn't be that concerned about the differences in scale)

Have you considered trying out swapping the direction they face, so see what that looks like? The over-all shape would be more resembling of a Leman Russ, and it might look pretty good imho ;)
