Do I assume correctly that the not-Warhounds and not-Reavers are scaled for old Epic and not current AT?

The Vanguard Miniatures models are true scale 6mm. Note that the old Titan models were closer to 3mm scale.

 

To give you an idea of the sizes, the Jackal (possible Warhound Stalker) is about 56mm tall whilst the Dreadnought (Reaver proxy) is about 76mm tall.

The AT Warlord is about 120mm, so I guess that checks out?

Well, it's taken an age but finally the Mk2 sculpts of the 6mm Novan Elites Forefront with jump packs set is back in stock. Sorry it took so long before release but these things happen sometimes, hopefully it was worth the wait.

Novan Elites – Forefront Platoon (with jumppacks) - £6.50

 

Most Praetorian armies from Tusculum Nova can call on a wide range of infantry unit types, from conscript inductees to royal marines, but a few are able to employ greater assets.

Encased in thick armour, wearing helms reminiscent of the knights of old Earth.

Forefront units use jet turbines and close combat shear-swords to hold the front lines, whilst Affray Units lay down covering fire.

New Novan Regulars stuff coming soon!

 

Coming this month two new additions to the 6mm winter troops range. First we have siege engineer infantry armed with assault shotguns and seismic mortars, and second a new tunnelling vehicle designed to undermine fortifications, the Cerberus siege drill, complete with two engineer crew seen here next to the Samson utility tractor.

Tainted Regulars Centurion Tank (Hector) - £17.00

The centurion main battle tank is the most common tank used by Novan regular forces in the field a rugged and heavily armoured design it has been built to be a reliable and easy to operate vehicle capable of going long periods of time between maintenance cycles making it the perfect machine to equip Tusculum Nova’s armoured divisions.

 

The designs has seen many weapon fits over the years but the most common armaments (hector configuration) are a regular tank cannon in the turret backed up by a fixed forward hull mounted laser cannon. In addition the hull sides can be configured to mount a sponson weapon most commonly a HMG for close in anti-personnel protection.

Novan Elites Eagle Dropship - £28.00

The Novan Elites make use of many types of aircraft including fighters, bombers, shuttles, heavy landers and dropships, the Eagle is a medium class dropship capable of fighting its way past an orbital blockade to deliver a full Maniple of Elites infantry to a planetary surface under combat conditions. Heavily armed and armoured this aerospace craft is also a supremely powerful air asset in its own right. The main dorsal turret can be fitted with a variety of different weapon systems, including an accurate and hard-hitting heavy laser cannon, allowing it to engage heavily fortified orbital and surface positions, as well as enabling ground-support “pylon runs” to strike hardened surface targets. Secondary weapons include supplemental wing-mounted laser cannon and air to ground missile clusters. Close in defence and landing zone suppression is provided by automated heavy machine gun turrets. Even a single Eagle dropship is likely to prove to be an incalculably valuable asset to any Elites battle group.

After a bit of a delay I have finally sent the little Felis stealth ship off to the casters, ETA in store would be end of the month with luck.

 

Updated 6mm winter cavalry prints off to the casters today, estimate end of the month for re-release.

 

Early 3mm skinners castings have started to arrive, I have been assembling them and figuring out base contents for Dominion, these will all be part of Skinners wave 1 releases.

A new little ship is in the works!

We've been working on something a little bit different, basically experimenting with other shapes for ships whilst maintaining the familiar aesthetic.

 

This little craft is used by various security forces, pirates, and what not.

 

The model's current dimensions are 13mm wide, 15mm long, 20mm tall.

 

We're curious to hear your thoughts about this one.

Rapier is tusculum nova’s most common special ordnance missile artillery system it consists of a fully rotating mount very similar to Shielder but in this case has launch rails for four missiles. Good news and bad news...

 

Let's start off with the bad news, just to get it over with.

 

The casts came in for the Novan Elites Felis class Stealth Ship. Somehow I've managed to overlook the fact that I've forgotten to add a port wing to the sprue. So the port wings have now been sent for printing and casting. Sadly enough it does mean the release of the Stealth Ship is delayed by several weeks.

 

Ok, so now that we've dealt with that...lets continue to the good news!

 

Cybershadows reinforcements inbound!

 

Cybershadow Protector Infantry - £6.50

Protectors are the Cybershadows front line infantry, these dedicated and fearless cybernetically enhanced warriors escort the mighty Cybershadow Warstalkers into battle. As well as providing protection against enemy infantry to these mighty war machines they can also go where the Warstalkers cannot giving greater flexibility to the battlegroup, they also fulfil a garrison roll when note required for combat operations.
