Blackarmor_redtruth
I am wondering, if St. Celestine dies and you mark the spot where she was slain. When you would role for her Miraculous Intervention, and the roll fails, if there is a Laud Hailer within distance, would we get a re-roll? Or does the model have to be on the table. Thanks. A.T.
Could go either way. The rule does mention that it overrides the usual restriction of being in a squad that has already used a power which wouldn't be applicable unless the test was taken while Celestine was still on the board with the squad (albeit about to be removed) ... on the other hand the FAQ notes that rules/models/etc that affect leadership don't work on the dead Celestine. Isolia
According to the recent FAQ ,I'd say no. Rules modifying a model's stats do not apply while it is dead, and it does award victory points if the game ends while dead regardless of plausible resurrection , so I'd deduce from that that ignoring the laud Hailer is the safe way to go about it - consider it removed as casualty for all intents and purposes until the MI is successful.
