Hi comrades,

 

Many, many years ago I started collecting Iron Warriors, immediately after their release on WD. It was love at first sight: love for the backgrounds, the story, the army list and the colour scheme. Then after years of game I sold them and immediatly started to complain about my choice. Now HH gave me new chances to get my old loved space marines back. Not only Iron Warriors, but a legion at its peak of power. Really excited I fell in the hobby again, and in a couple of months I finished my 2500 ar so point list. New models are coming such a Land Raider for the Breachers... so addition may appear later

 

I choose to mix regular IW with some chaos model, because I wanted represent a partially corrupted company, and because I want use then as Chaos Iron Warriors too in 40k.

My HQ, a Praetor in Artificer Armor and a Cariant in catafract Armor, on thei side a Siege Breaker/Master of the Signal (Its role depends on the opponent)

As you can see no big conversion, but lot of small one. Pieces from B@C, FW, Chaos Marines with bits from Spellcrow, Anvil Industries, and Max-minis.

Nice work! Where are the boarding shields on the Breachers from?

From the Max Mini miniatures, but I saw that recently Victoria Miniatures has put out a much better and more FW similar riot shields
