And I instantly painted one, then, Just ten years later, I have finally got round to painting another! This time, the chap on the disc. This is a great little kit, would be great to see them, and the entire Thousand Sons range, get the update treatment most marines have had in scale. Still a cracking kit though. I have a bit of a thing for Dreadnoughts, of any flavour, but when it comes to my Thousand Sons, I find it a little baffling that they don’t have the Heresy Era dreads as Rubric Dreadnoughts. So as with my earlier ones, I tend to just paint them up and use them as Helbrutes. I really like the Helbrute idea in the codex, but I think there is room for both concepts in the army. Either way, I think the Contemptors make great proxy’s. And look the part too!
