A Few Horus Heresy Questions

Hi guys just beginning work on my shattered legion and i have a few rule and lore questions :) thanks for any help:

1. Okay so i have the Age of Darkness legions army list book, and i can't seem to find any stats for the Heavy chainsword? is it similar to a 40k eviscerator.

2. Sons of horus Death Dealer legion tactics special rule, does it apply to overwatch? i know it doesnt work on snap fire, just not about overwatch.

3. what do you lot do for squad markings? similar to 40k marines, for my force im doing more individual squad markings to represent the fact they are loyalists from traitor legions.

4. do most of the legions have chaplains? i know the word bearers were the main legion for them. thinking a loyalist world eaters chaplain who helps and watches over his legionnaires and stop falling to his madness of his brethren.

Thanks for any advice :)

It's in the 40K rulebook, right below the eviscerator.

Overwatch shots are snapshots unless the unit has a rule that says otherwise.

At least all legions have the potential for chaplains or some other type of "morale officer". They don't all wear black yet, but  among a couple of hundred thousand marines there could be some particularly zealous centurions. I can't remeber reading that any legion is generally opposed to chaplains.
