He's finally done, the man himself, not his bases though.

Unfortunately my skill at painting marble is non-existant. I did have an idea of painting it a dark grey first then building up multiple layers of watered down lighter greys but it didn't work out so a chalky white will have to do.

 

And for the sake of it

 

 

the aforementioned gladius incandor finally found. Apologies for the quality it's a small piece and shaky hands aren't good at keeping focus.
