Typical weapons loadout- Carapace armor including visored helmet, shotgun (with Execution seeker-rounds), breacher-style shield, shock maul. Officers carry large-bore stub revolvers/other pistol weapons. Specialists can have anything from sniper rifles to missile launchers depending on their assignment. Transports- Rhinos are the main transport, though configured for standard human rather than power-armored physiques (so I believe they can actually hold more than the normal 10 people). Pintle weapons range from the normal storm bolter to heavy stubbers/flamers. Salamander scout tanks are also sometimes used as command vehicles. Organization- Three basic branches of Adeptus Arbites, the Judges, the Chasteners, and the, for lack of a better term, Street/Patrol Arbitors. Judges are law experts; the lawyers, researchers, and dispensers of judicial opinions. Chasteners are jailers; the Arbiters that guard the suspected and condemned, whom also wring confessions from the guilty. Street Arbiters are the front-line troops, the armored fist of Imperial Law. Enforcers are definitely lower-ranking than Arbites!In the event of a governor losing control of a world, the Arbites are tasked with holding out against whatever the enemy is, hopefully able to wait for relief from the greater Imperium.
