Vykes: what heads did you use for your guardsmen? They look great!

Heyas Space Wolf, m'dude, sorry about the bit of a wait been a touch busy.  Man, those helmets are from the Anvil Void Gothic line, a seriously excellent set (Which, reminds me, I need to snap up some more soon)

Heh, all good Mughi mate, all good.  I never try to blow no one out of the water.  If my dice have taught me anything, it simply can't be done in any way :P  And man, that new chaos army... blast, that's a very 3E-4E feel for them.  Definitely something that makes me nostalgic even if it's not the chaosy-sort that I'd ever indulge in.

Love your chaos army, mughi3 - your detail work is fantastic.

Why don't you drop by and share it either in the Heretic Astartes forum (http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/forum/20-x-heretic-astartes-x/) or the Emperor's Children subforum (http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/forum/305-x-emperors-children-x/)?  I'm sure the readers there would love to see it.

That is a really nice display board, and awesome looking minis to boot!

(Is the board magnetized? It might be the angle of the photo, it just looks like it almost would have to be to keep some of the figures from falling over.)

This is my first fully painted army. It is from the Masque of the Soaring Spite and is a traditional masque form. It has a light, twilight and dark troupe with associated transport as well as one of each character. Two full squads of skyweavers and a Voidweaver as support. I vowed at the beginning of 2020 to get a full army done and just managed it by completing the solitaire a couple of days ago. Pretty chuffed!

This is the necron army that I painted several years ago when first entering the hobby.  It's track record on the battlefield has been historically poor, but I'm proud of it nonetheless.

Whole army shot:
