I've finished my Death Company Chaplain. Some parts are still connected with blu-tac as lately I have preferred to paint components separately. He has a counts-as rosarius on the left shoulder pad. His Gilded Crozius is represented by the rather substantial size and the more ornate head piece. I like the aggressive pose, but the Night Lords skull mask is definitely my favorite part. Had a lot of fun sifting through the parts boxes to make this guy.

Torso: GW Blood Angels upgrade pack

Legs: Sanguinary Guard box

Arms: DC box thunder hammer

Gilded Crozius: BA Terminators standard

Inferno pistol: Chopped off from a Sanguinary Guard arm

Jump pack: Lemartes blister pack

Left shoulder pad: Sternguard box (has counts-as rosarius)

Right shoulder pad: DC box

It's plastic kits such as a Tactical box which are FFA. Existing models, I.e. plastic clampacks, are subject to restrictions.

Finished my Dante conversion last night while watching the boxing and also my converted Sanguinary Priest

Firstly apologies for the rubbish photos, will get some better ones for ETL (keeping everything off here to try and get that 3000points vow)

Really wanted to chop off his left arm completely at the shoulder but my green stuff skills weren't good enough and I ended up sticking it back on. The left arm is possibly the weakest part of the model Imo. I replaced the axe for 2 reasons. Firstly, for a relic axe it just wasn't mean enough looking and secondly the fine cast broke and just wouldn't stick back on. I ended up using a SG hand and axe with one side of the axe head trimmed down to make it more ornate. Ive added a SG jump pack as in my BA force only certain important characters get to wear the Sanguine wings. Ive also had to make a small Green Stuff angled hole which is hidden by the jump pack to give the look of being in the air.

Im starting a new army blog when ETL comes around so there will be more on it when we get to that point.

Secondly my slight Sanguinary Priest conversion. I bought the clam pack SP basically for the arm with the grail and the awesome chainsword to use on other models. I have decided to rescue to it change the awful pose.

Again there will be more on my upcoming blog but I think simply changing the pose makes a massive difference to the horrid GW pose. The right arm is a DC chainsword with a BA specific shoulder pad. Not sure if the head is original as I found it in my bits box (I have a funny feeling it might be)

I think not at the moment mate... But then again I am tinkering figures in my mind all the time.

I was thinking of making the meanest Commandsquad on bikes.... But we cant have em.. so I'm not sure whats my next project.
