Jackalwolf Posted March 5, 2017 Share Posted March 5, 2017 Assuming you're playing with Russ, I'm finding quite hard to decide between one or either. For 220 points you can have 10 vets with 4 pw and a sergeant with Artificer armor and pw or for 225 you can have 10 grey slayers with 9 pw, 5 bolters, 4 combat Shields and a Huscarl with a Frost weapon, Artificer armor and melta Bombs. What do you guys feel is better? 9 extra attacks or 5 more pw and 5 more combat Shields. Also, is the consensus that Huscarls can take great frost weapons? grouj Posted March 6, 2017 Share Posted March 6, 2017 They both Ave their charms tbh. Vets will hit more consistently, but you can blob out slayers. You can get sniper vets, but grey slayers will be faster in their job. I think that as long as you have a general focus in mind for the unit and don't try to mix their function tof much then it should be fine. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
