Mk III vs Mk IV vs Mk VIII (aka: How tall SM minis are)

Hey, I would like to start new Adeptus Astartes army in the wake of the 8th edition, and I'm really digging Primaris minis but also I don't want them to look "too giant" compared to normal Marines.

I've heard that Betreyal at Calth and Burning of Prospero minis are slightly taller than Tacticals.

Could someone put some images depicting exactly much are they taller than the rest of SM range?

I also remember that I've seen on these forums picture illustrating the height of Primaris comparing to Tacticals, Mk IV and Mk III Marines, new Rubrics, Deathwatch etc. Could one of the fellow fraters post here link to that image?

Also, how easily one can kitbash BoC and BoP marines with the Citadel Upgrade Packs (Dark Angels, Blood Angels, Space Wolves, Deathwatch etc.)
