Jackalwolf Posted June 5, 2017 Share Posted June 5, 2017 So, after building almost exclusively Horus Heresy models and SW chapters, the new miniatures are driving me insane so I'm going to build an extremely codex compliant chapter that puts Ultramarines to shame in their pursuit of perfection. The obvious choice right not is Red Scorpions: Plenty of FW upgrade support, extremely militaristic, alleged origins from the IIIrd legion (which is one of my dear 30k armies). If I go that route, I have the starter set and a Mastodon ready to be painted and, as soon as it's released, I'll add the Culln Leviathan dread and two of the Repulsors to lead the way. I mean, do what you want to do, but fluff wise primaris soul drinkers wouldnt ever be a thing. Unless I am mistaken on any current fluff. now... Sons of Antaeus would make for great primaris marines.
