There are a couple of rules in here that dont exist in 8th (dangerous terrain, sweeping advance and moving after coming in from reserves.) Also, is he intended to be able to charge after deep striking? In 8th, they can do that unless it specifically states otherwise. If he can 1" charge from reserves, he needs to be a bit more expensive than 3 power.
