You could always use this guy when he's back in stock (getting re-packaged I imagine): https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Space-Marine-Commander-2015 I wouldn't be surprised if he was repackaged as a "Space Marine Commander - Can be used as Captain or Lieutenant" or something along those lines.
