It is the new Ravenwing Lieutenant, i think they removed Sammael in a speeder so now we can use the model as a Lt

Sableclaw, Sammael's speeder had this loadout, and now, the new Ravenwing Lieutenants, Talonmasters, have the same loadout. It's the title of the topic that gives it away mostly ;) .
