Yeah, I'm somewhat concerned that this is the start of a slippery slope when including DIY Chapters - you're asking effectively for preysight, which both Slips and Nineswords have had to pay requisition for. You have a Chapter trapping already in your arming sword - do you need something else?

CM I'll pass then, from my understanding prey seight should be bog standard in the helm auto senses, also due to how it was written in Angels of Darkness, the terror seight sounded like it was standard for the Dark Angels as well.

That's an old book though and I don't seem to recall it being mentioned since. If it was something the Dark Angels are supposed to have, it would have no doubt turned up in the Deathwatch RPG rules for Dark Angels, yet it hasn't.

Also: That moment when you go over your Char sheet again and realize you could have given the Assault-Based Squad the Frenzy and Furious Assault Talents with your chapters Squad Mode Ability: Storm of Hell.

 

Oh well.

Slips, too bad we would've had to been part of your chapter to get it...

True enough. Oh well, Frenzy as a Free Action due to being a Sanguinary Priest it is (I bought the talent as part of my starting 1k)

 

It does mean that our Tac Marines are all the more useful with their Tactical Expertise ability...if they took it.

 

 

Also, in that case, we might want to spring for Evolving as a Kill-Team found on page 226 of RoB and/or Forging the Bond.

Tyber is unsure if to play the objective or to beat on another Astartes....

They cant contest the objective if theyre all 'dead'!

 

 

I somehow doubt that this will go the way you think.
