I like the base idea of the scheme. I've never seen green Custodes before and, after the initial look over, I quite like it. The green and gold look way better than I would have imagined. I don't like the blue with it as much. Blue and green are notorious for kind of blending together. Perhaps green tint them a little bit to blend the colors together? Alternately maybe consider a contrasting color for the topknots? I imagine orange could look quite striking, as could most options other than red (to avoid Xmas syndrome).

The rest here general painting advice, and I'm offering it as helpful criticisms, not trying to be mean or anything :) It looks like maybe they were sprayed gold first, then the green was filled in? There are a few places where the gold details (arrows and such) are covered by the green. If you don't have one, you may want a small brush to get those areas painted gold again. There are also a lot of areas on Custodes models (gems and stuff) that could benefit from using a spot color (what you've used the blue for) to add some detail and break up the solid gold.

The other thing I always highly advocate for is picking up a few washes. You can do some really cool things with certain color combinations, but even just having a black and a brown wash in your arsenal can add a ton of depth to your painting. Mixing that with some light highlights on the green (in a slightly lighter green, or the green you used plus a little bit of a lighter white/blue/green paint) would take you almost instantly from a one-tone green to a three-tone green, and really make the model start to shine.

There are tons of tutorials and how-to guides out there for that kind of stuff, and can really make your stuff pop :-D

Like I said, very nice choice on the green, and hopefully we'll see your army grow as you build it.
