How does the new beta rules work for deepstike

No reason to beleive so.

The deepstrike rules affect units comming out of reserve, summoned units are not reserve.

However, to summon you need a character to forfeit its movement phase, meaning its about the samething.

Appologies, you are right.

Here the actual passage from the FAQ.

 

Furthermore, in matched play games, any unit that arrives on the battlefield during a player’s first turn must be deployed wholly within the

controlling player’s deployment zone

So the exceptions are;

 

GSC ambush

Ravenwing stratagem

Alpha legion stratagem

 

Should be able to use Custodes Castellans mark?

 

"Castellan's Mark.

If the bearer is on the battlefield, at the beginning of the game but before the first turn you can remove them and up to one friendly ADEPTUS CUSTODES unit within 6" of them from the battlefield and set them up again following the mission rules. You must set them up on the battlefield."

I believe so, since it happens before the first turn begins. Which is the same as the other stratagems you listed.
